Very Common food all over the world. In our country people consumed it according to their likes. In the winter Makai Roti and saag eaten in the northern india most. In the rainy season roasted  bhutta  consumed at  large scale. And Popcorn consumed by the people whole year.

  

1.A Good source of Vitamin and Minerals. B Vitamins like B1,B3,B9 and B5.

3.Provitamin A (beta-carotene) found in Darker yellow varieties of maize are a good source of beta-carotene which our body transformed in to Vitamin A.
